Grant's started as an appliance and hardware store over 70 years ago in Joliet, Illinois. As we have grown, we have expanded the number of stores to eight. We now offer every major appliance and television brand, and many smaller specialty brands, with the same low price mentality that started it all. We look for deals and pass on the best savings directly to our customers.

We have tried to make things easier for ourselves and the consumer by running every day low prices. Occasionally, we do make special purchases, but the manufacturers limit the supply and advertising as to not disrupt the retail marketplace. We have always had package pricing available for multiple piece ordering to ensure you the best deals possible.

The experience of dealing with a consultant who knows their product is critical to making an informed decision. Grant's invests more time, energy and resources in educating our people to be able to take you from the front door to the sales counter without having to pass you off to another sales person as you go from one product to the next. Each store's professional sales team works together to make sure your questions get answered with facts, not opinions. On average, there is over 40 years of appliance and television expertise at every location.

Why don't you sell online?   Top ^
While currently we feel the best way to get the product that fits your needs is a store visit, we are currently polling the market for feasibility. Click here to answer for yourself. We will never change our philosophy of being able to save the customer the most money possible, and current online selling limits those savings in our industry. That is also why the manufacturers ask that we do not display our every day low price, but rather a retail price with a fancy "x" through the tags in the store. We're not hiding, just protecting your rights to the best deals in town! Any of our product specialists can get you the most up to date prices available via our live in-store inventory system, as well as any package prices that may apply. Grant's is able to take full advantage of any manufacturer's rebates as well, thus saving you even more.

Do you sell used or refurbished appliances?   Top ^
We sell new, factory sealed, warranted products direct from the manufacturer with matching paperwork and serial numbers. Our competition just can't believe the deals you get that are below their "sale" prices! Floor models are clearly marked as such. We still remove and locally recycle all old appliances - just never into another customer's home.

We accept cash, personal and business checks, debit cards, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and offer many 0% financing promotions. Builders, Contractors, Real Estate companies can take advantage of large account financing.

Who fixes my purchase if something goes wrong?   Top ^
Every product comes with a full manufacturer warranty, and there are many local service centers in case there is a problem. Our award winning customer service department can help you resolve any issue you might have, and our custom manufacturer's extended warranties can give you all the coverage you need to protect your purchase long term.
